can we visit before booking in our cat(s)? will we need an appointment?

Of course. We welcome visits prior to any booking, but would prefer that you arrange an appointment during the week. As you can imagine, weekends are our busiest times.

What do I need to bring with me when my cat comes to stay?

The Catnap Hotel is fully equipped with everything your feline family member will need during their stay. This includes toys, bedding, scratching posts, bowls, litter trays etc. As per our terms and conditions, we suggest your cat arrives in a suitable secure cat container which will remain with us until your cat’s departure. A blanket or bed is encouraged, as a smell from home will help your cat to settle more quickly.

why does my cat need flea and worm treatment before arrival?

Firstly, and most importantly, it’s important for your cat to live a life not infested with parasites. Secondly, it’s important that your cat does not bring any parasites into our cattery, because, despite that it won’t come into contact with any of the other residents of The Catnap Hotel, we do not want to encourage the possibility of spreading parasites.
